We accept debit/credit cards, EFT, and cash (to drivers). Corporate clients may use postpaid billing.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after funds confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Your driver will meet you at the pickup location shown in the booking confirmation and contact you if required. For flight-linked bookings we monitor the flight.

Book at bookings.roadbutlers.com or via our site. Enter pickup/destination and request options, then confirm.

Modify or cancel up to 1 hour before for same-day bookings, or 24 hours for scheduled trips. For flight-linked bookings we allow flexibility for delays.

Use the booking notes for child seats, refreshments, or other requests. We’ll confirm availability during reservation processing.

Prepaid wallet: top-up and trips are deducted per use. Postpaid: approved corporate accounts are billed weekly/monthly with statements.

Fares are calculated using vehicle class, distance, time-of-day surcharges, passengers and any extra services. Minimum dispatch kilometres may apply per class.
