11. Lost Property

• Road Butlers takes the security and care of client belongings seriously. Drivers and operations staff make every effort to ensure personal items are handled with care during trips.
• Should an item is found in one of our vehicles, it will be logged, securely stored, and safeguarded in our central lost-and-found facility.
• Road Butlers will make every reasonable effort to contact the affected client promptly and coordinate the return of the property using the most efficient and secure method available.
• In some circumstances, the cost of returning items (shipping or special handling) may be borne by the client, and this will be communicated transparently.
• Our goal is to reunite clients with their belongings safely, securely, and efficiently, reflecting our commitment to trust, reliability, and customer care.

12. Claims of Copyright Infringement

• Submit written claims to info@roadbutlers.com.
• All claims are investigated in line with intellectual property laws.

13. Governing Law & Arbitration

• Governed by South African law.
• Disputes must first be submitted for arbitration before court action.

14. Cookies & Tracking

• We use cookies to enhance functionality and improve experience.
